Our Delicious Kitchen
We keep our menu intentionally small, so we can guaranty always the freshness of our products and at the same time we can surprise you at every visit with new dishes. We emphasize sustainable breeding and production, this why we try to use mostly local, regional and seasonal ingredients. During summer most of the vegetables come from our own garden, during wintertime we rely on our merchants. We got also best quality meat from our butchers, that keep an eye on animal fond breeding and slaughtering. We scrutinize the provenience of our primary products and can always provide information about it.
